I would like you to know that Bill Smith of Patuxent Baths & Kitchens Inc. did a splendid job on my kitchen. We tore
out all the old cabinets and countertops and put in all new ones, plus a new sink, faucet, and disposal. The kitchen was demolished
on Feb. 12, and on March 5, I had a working kitchen.
Bill was unfailingly available to me. He was in touch through
the whole process and answered all my questions. Every time he said the workmen would be at my apartment, they were there.
He himself came to check up and would call after they were through to see if everything was satisfactory.
And two
more important points. (1) He kept within my budget and never tried to sell me more expensive cabinets or appliances. (2)
The workmen who did the work here were very polite, helpful, and cleaned up after they were through for the day. I never hesitated
to leave them here if I went out.

Dear
Bill,
Thanks so much for doing such a fabulous job in renovating my kitchen. I can hardly believe the difference,
and Frank and I am really pleased with it. You and your team were wonderful to work with-talented, professional, punctual,
and even neat. I really appreciate your help with this project, your attention to the smallest detail, and your excellent
communication throughout the process.
Please accept my sincere appreciation and extend my thanks to everyone who
was involved. You are a great group!
Sincerely,
Rebecca D. Rinehart
Dear Bill,
I am writing to personally thank you for the great work
and personal attention we received on the renovation of our bathroom. The project is now completed and has been for many months,
yet we still continue to be impressed by your devotion and concern and help whenever we have questions.
Our new
bathroom is beautiful, primarily because you took the time to consider our likes and offer great design suggestions. You where
a true professional, scheduling appointments and accompanying me to all of the warehouses. Whenever there was a concern, you
calmly remedied the situation, like when I decided I wanted a hand held sprayer in the tub after it had already arrived. I
never doubted that you would work it out.
Friends and neighbors had warned me of the horrors of bathroom renovation.
I can honestly say that amidst all of the chaos of renovation, I actually enjoyed the process, mostly because I always felt
confident that it would all work out well.
Rich and I both thank you and will gladly act as a reference if you
should ever need one.
Sincerely,
Lynne and Rich Trotta

Thanks also for meeting my short
term deadline. I’ll highly recommend you!

Occasionally
one comes across a person in a service industry who stands out as extraordinary in his or her profession. Such a person was
our contractor, Bill Smith, Certified Bath Designer of Patuxant Bath & Kitchens, Inc.He just remodeled our master bathroom.
Time
and again, Bill went beyond the call of duty, handling each transaction with the highest level of professionalism. He was
flexible about scheduling workmen around our complicated & frequent travel plans. He repeatedly drove me to vendors before
each decision-making step so that I could explore my choices of options. He was punctual, stayed within budget and met every
deadline. His workmen were reliable, courteous, each one an expert at the top of his game.
Bill
is a man of exquisite taste with a vast knowledge of the industry. He seems to have a knack for turning a seemingly awesome
project into a fun experience. Whether this stems from his 25 years of experience, from sheer brialliance or merely from the
inherent satisfaction that he gets out of plaesing clients, I know not.
What I do know is that
our contractor, Bill Smith, is a treasure. He is about to remodel our second bathroom - And then...On to the Kitchen!
